  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location within India.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or high order volumes.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid and COD orders above ₹499. Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on select products, promotions, or order values at our discretion.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

  • You can track your shipment in real-time using the provided tracking details.

5. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive to deliver your orders on time, delays may occur due to:

    • Remote location deliveries

    • Courier partner issues

    • Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances

  • We are not liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier partner.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier partner and may offer a replacement or refund after verification.

8. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.
