1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Due to hygiene reasons, certain pet grooming products (such as opened grooming tools, used brushes, or personal care items) may not be eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear images or videos of the issue for verification.

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
